Keen on cultural preservation, he studies beyond the food, diving into the rich culture in which cuisines are derived and plating tradition with new with exciting twists.

When he's not in your kitchen, you can find him with his nose in a book, managing the Clearfork Farmers Market on Saturdays, or feeding the butchery students (or more likely playing with the chickens) on Crunchy Mama Farms.
