This New Orleans native is now cooking extraordinary culinary experiences all around DFW. Self-made Chef Brian Santiago brings a sense of fun and playfulness to his craft, delivering unforgettable farm-to-table dining experiences in the comfort of your own home!

Don't let his pride be overshadowed by his playful nature. Chef Brian has studied along side many great chefs of our time in his pursuit of culinary excellence. Keen on cultural preservation, he studies beyond the food, diving into the rich culture in which cuisines are derived and plating tradition with new with exciting twists.

When he's not in your kitchen, you can find him with his nose in a book, managing the Clearfork Farmers Market on Saturdays, or feeding the butchery students (or more likely playing with the chickens) on Crunchy Mama Farms.
